Can I really sleep on my side with ear cups?
Yes. The ear cups are soft 3D memory foam that squash gently into the pillow.
How long does the battery last?
8–12 hours on a full charge, and it charges in about 1.5 hours.
How does the cooling pouch work?
Put the gel pouch in the freezer for 15–20 minutes, then slip it into the eye area. For warmth, soak it in hot water for 3 minutes.
Can I use it with my eyes open?
Yes. Lift off the eye pad and the ear cups keep blocking noise and playing sound.
Do I need the app?
No. It plays sound over normal Bluetooth. The free app adds the sleep report, alarms, timers and sound library.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is free and takes 8 to 15 business days. Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout for $10 and get it in 4 to 7 business days. We ship within Australia and email you a tracking link.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. For hygiene reasons the mask needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
What if something goes wrong?
Every mask has a 6-month warranty. If it develops a fault, send us your order number and a photo or video of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement.
